All of us have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. 

 Our priority is to keep you as safe as possible and prior to re-opening the salon I have implemented a number of changes which we would like to share with you.

       Our salon

•   We will provide you with safe environment that complies with guidelines issued by Government and our local authority.

•   We will continue maintaining high standard of salon hygiene to prevent the risks of cross-infection, cross contamination by increasing frequency of cleaning with appropriate cleaning product

• We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout salon with doors and windows open where possible.please make sure you drest adecquate

• One-use disposable items will be used where necessary and possible

• We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and services we offer and removed treatments where we felt it necessary to do so

•   Our therapist will wear mask, gloves and other personal protective equipment during treatments where require          Our Team

•  We have conducted training to ensure that we are providing treatments to our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.

•  We have adopt each treatment to uphold best practice, including hygiene and safety.

•  We have agreed social distansing for our team in communal areas.

       Booking Appointments

• Salon accepts customers who made an appointment.

• If I or any of our staff fell ill or have symptoms of COVID-19, we will self-isolate immediately and not to come into the salon. This mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice.  We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again or ask for full refund

•  DO NOT COME TO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT if displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 

•  a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature) 

• a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

•  a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

• OR

• · You have tested positive for COVID-19

• · You are waiting for the result of a test for coronavirus

• OR

•  Live with someone who:

•  have tested positive for COVID-19

•  are waiting for the result of a test for coronavirus

•  

•   You will NOT charged for your treatments which you miss due to illness.
